Anesthesia

Every patient is unique and so are their anesthetic needs.  A pediatric patient for example is by far different than a diabetic geriatric one as regards to its anesthesia, as is a cat from a guinea pig.

This is why we use specialized anesthetic protocols for each animal. To minimize anesthetic complications we monitor our patients’ vitals and supplement fluids and oxygen as needed.

Our knowledge and equipment support several forms of anesthesia (use of inhalants, TIVA, multimodal), therefore giving us the ability to perform specialty surgical procedures such as thoracic surgery.
